Check Expired Food if they are in Good Condition

Many of us regularly need to check the food prepared at home hours ago to see if it is in good condition. If you dare to taste any expired food, you may have to pay a high price for it.This is because food is infected with bacteria if left in an empty place for a long time.If you taste that  food then you may suffer from diseases like "Diarrhoea"or "Stomach upset".Even sniffing food that was prepared long ago, should not be judged because bacteria floating on the food through our nose can enter our body.

Keeping Other Food Items in Contact with Raw Meat

Raw meat is constantly being attacked by bacteria in the open air.  If there is any prepared food in contact with it, it can also be attacked by those bacteria. So be sure to think before putting other foods next to raw meat. Meat can be as tasty as it is harmful to your family.

Cooking can be called a work of art. Many people want to cook fast during rush hour.There is a strong possibility that the food is raw because it is not properly cooked.  Eating this type of food is extremely harmful to our health. Vegetables bought from the market can contain everything from dust to bacteria and even pesticides. Pesticides are used in many vegetable fields during cultivation. Pesticide particles on vegetables can cause serious illness. So of course vegetables should be washed well and then used for cooking.

Do Not Always Keep the Dishes and DishWasher Clean

Dirty daily dishwashers can accumulate germs and fungi if left untreated for long periods of time.  So they should be changed every week.  Clean utensils should be kept away from dirty dishes and dishwashing materials.
