Spinach, the dark green leafy vegetable, is a storehouse of vitamins and nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and iron that are essential for hair health. With the help of these, the skin produces sebum which moisturizes and nourishes the scalp naturally. More than 50% of your daily vitamin A requirement can be fulfilled by just 30 grams spinach.

Avocado

A sweet potato of medium size provides sufficient beta-carotene to provide almost four times of our daily Vitamin A needs. Vitamin A is an essential ingredient to make your hair grow thicker and also prevents regression of hair follicles.
