Skin hydration and brightening:

Yogurt works like a natural moisturizer on skin and helps to prevent dullness, the lactic acid it contains keeps our skin hydrated. It creates an enzyme that increases the production of melanin on our skin so it looks brighter. Using plain yogurt is good for skin but if you want you can mix it with some other skin-friendly ingredients. For sunburn which damages skin and makes it dark, applying yogurt on the skin can provide a soothing effect.

Using yogurt with turmeric:

Rose water infused mix of yogurt and honey:

This mixture is an anti-ageing remedy which helps to reduce wrinkles and fine lines on the skin naturally. Rose water mixed with yogurt and honey has lactic acid in it that can help tighten pores on the skin and dissolve the skin cells in the process. Leave the mixture on for 30 minutes and finally rise it off with water. Ensure that you use gentle strokes to remove the dried mask and not use too much force as that can leave redness on the face.

Olive oil with yogurt and avocado:

For dry and pale skin it’s important to moisturize the skin and olive oil and yogurt will be enough for it. For better nourishment mix some smashed avocado with the face pack. One teaspoon olive oil would be enough for this mixture. Leave this mixture on your skin for 15 minutes then wash it off. This mask will also work on dark circles under the eyes.
