6 Modeling Secrets That Reveal What's Really Behind Perfect Photos
Modeling as a career is more than just pomp and show. Here are some secrets to what it really takes to be a supermodel.
Many people have the false impression that all models need to do to succeed in the fashion industry is to stay in shape through diet and exercise. Some even go to the length to think that models stroll the runway, get some attention, and pose for the cameras. This, however, is a complex matter. So we decided to investigate the modeling industry from the inside to see what it takes to make a model.
Twelve hours before the performance, they quit drinking water
Lingerie show prep was discussed in detail by Adriana Lima. She would quit eating nine days before the show, replacing it with protein drinks. Furthermore, she would not consume any liquids twelve hours before the performance.
They eat only after shows
Models let their hair down after days of tight diets and focusing all their energies on a show. Girls have pizza parties after Victoria's Secret fashion shows. After weeks or months of restraint, one can quickly see how good this pizza must look to them.
Eye drops are used to keep them from looking tired
A model's day may fill up quickly during hectic periods like fashion week. They are early birds who stay up late. However, they maintain a gleam in their eye. Every stunning woman has her unique secret for making her eyes stand out. The first thing Duckie Thot does when he wakes up is put in eye drops and down an entire bottle of water.
Tattoos are frowned upon but not banned
Although tattoos are often frowned upon in the modeling industry, some companies actively seek out models with visible ink. However, your potential client base shrinks significantly if you possess many tattoos.
They are more likely to experience dandruff than average women
One in two models will say they suffer from dandruff, brought on by the many manipulations they do on their hair. For example, their hair is damaged by being scraped back, gelled over, sprayed with hairspray, and tortured with hot tools.
They use padding to make their bodies curvier
Curvy models often have onlookers wondering how they can get such a tiny waist compared to their hips. The trick is straightforward. We underestimate the slimness of these women. Specifically designed padding is used to augment the size of the buttocks, hips, and breasts. And they're used by plus-size models too!
