The Wizard of Oz follows Dorothy, a young girl who is swept away by a tornado to the magical country of Oz. She meets a scarecrow tin man who is all on a quest to find the Wicked Witches' broom to get a gift from a mysterious wizard. The Wicked Witch is a classic when it comes to witches. T-800
The Terminator tells the story of a cyborg who travels back in history to kill Sarah Connor before she can birth a child to set off a revolution against cyborgs. As they try to escape from the T-800, Sarah Connor is sheltered by Kyle Reese. Given that this film was named after the villain, it's not surprising that T-800 is the film's main character.
