So we list down a few herbs that you should certainly add to your food regime with their benefits:

Rosemary - Heart Health

Rosemary not only helps to prevent damage to blood vessels but may also aid with cardiovascular health apart from indigestion. It improves memory function and reduces muscle and joint pain, if it is applied topically. Since its active ingredient is carnosic acid or carnosol, Rosemary might also prevent the spread of cancer.
