First, you have to wear something really comfortable to help your child lay comfortably on you. Make sure the cloth is breathable, and there is skin to skin contact between you and your baby.

The baby needs to be placed in a diaper, and you can place a thin cover on both of you.

Snug close and sing in a low voice to make the baby fall asleep on you.

Breathe normally and keep your hands close to your child.
