American-Spanish comedian actress Justina Machado must-watch movies

Justina Machado became popular with her roles of Penelope Alvarez on the Netflix sitcom One Day at a Time and Darci Factor in the dramedy Jane the Virgin, among others. But the 49-year-old actress has been around for a long time, putting the audience in awe of her acting skills on stage. From 1990 onwards, Machado worked with theatre companies that opened many doors for her. Finally, in 1996 Machado got her job as a professional actor in the T.V. series NYPD Blue and the television movie No One Would Tell. Franco-American mystery drama film is based on the novel In the Electric Mist with Confederate Dead by James Lee Burke. He is investigating the murder of a young woman, and during that time has a chance encounter with Hollywood star Elrod Sykes, played by Peter Sarsgaard, and his girlfriend Kelly Drummond, played by Kelly Macdonald, who is in town to make a Civil War film.
