Losing belly fat is not an easy task. It requires a combination of regular physical exercise and a balanced diet. But to speed up the process, there are some things you can do like consuming bedtime drinks.
The below bedtime drinks will boost metabolism and the digestive process, which will reduce belly fat.
- Cinnamon tea
Take a cup of boiling water and mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Sip the cup of this warm tea at least half an hour before bed to see results.
- Cucumber, lemon and parsley
Blend one cucumber, lemon juice, a bunch of parsley and half a cup of water in a blender. Add more water and lemon juice as per your preferred taste and consistency.
- Aloe Vera juice
Use a knife to scrape out the outer layer of an aloe plant and scoop out the gel. Blend the gel with two cups of water and enjoy the drink before sleeping.
- Turmeric Milk
Take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and boil it along with a cup of milk. Consume this drink while it’s hot before bedtime.
- Ginger tea
Grate half a teaspoon of ginger in boiling water and consume it. You can also add honey or lemon juice to the drink for taste.
