Growing up, the only things that were constant in your life was your family, friends, and of course, your teachers. They scolded you, encouraged you, cheered you on and helped you get ahead in the race of life. Really you cannot imagine your school years without your teachers, and wherever you may end up in your life, you would not stop being thankful to them. What else is more unimaginable? It is reading about your favourite celebrity and knowing that they were a teacher before they were famous. Let’s know who were they.

Gene Simmons

Who can forget or overlook the signature tongue flickering bassist of the legendary band KISS? Other than being the legendary guitar playing demon, he was an elementary school teacher. Unbelievable, right? But he always liked the spotlight and left the job after he realized he wanted the attention of not 40 but 40 thousand people on him.

Nobody really likes P.E in school, do we? But that could surprisingly change if we realize that our P.E was none other than Hugh Jackman. Before he became a dream for all of us, he was a P.E teacher in England. In fact, he recently recognized one of his old students, who was now working as an entertainment reporter.

Do you hate Math? Well, you wouldn’t if we told you that the iconic guitarist, Brian May from the band Queen was your Math teacher? Well, we wouldn’t be surprised if he suddenly broke down formulas into a melody and insisted on “We will make you love, Math”.

We wouldn’t say he was a teacher before he was the Big Boss at Apple, but after leaving Apple in the early 1980s, he became a teacher. He taught elementary students what he loved, you guess it, Computer.
