This Indonesian documentary is based on the horrific genocide that took place in Indonesia in 1965 and 1966. Over one million people were killed in this genocide. An Orca Whale named Tilikum is the victim and main subject of this film. It is clear from this that Whales have to endure various obstacles and tortures in their lives. Their lives became miserable. This British documentary film directed by Asif Kapadia was quite popular in the last decade. This movie brings to the fore pathetic experiences of singer Amy Wine house’s life. Director Bing Liu is a very well known name in the world of documentary because of his debut film, Minding The Gap. This is a documentary about Bing Liu and his two friends growing up and the obstacles in their lives. This film has received great reviews from movie critics. Of course, this is one of the best documentaries of the last decade.
