Anurag Kashyap is a critically acclaimed filmmaker who is known for this hard hitting realistic movies and his brutally honest commentary on the social issues. The man skillfully crafts a story about a woman who is stopped and harassed by men who try to discourage her from stepping outside. It is a story about revenge and how an innocent woman who just wants to earn her living is forced to be stand for herself. The film stars Radhika Apte and is a perfect example of a good short film.
Mumbai Dragon – Mumbai Dragon is a beautiful satire on love and relationship. The film is one of the short films from the anthology Modern Love Mumbai and is arguably the best of it. The film talks about the relationship shared by a mother and his only son and how it changes when another woman enters their life. The film stars Meiyang Chang, WamicaGabbi and a phenomenal Yeo Yann Yann and is directed by the master filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj. The film is emotional rollercoaster ride and Vishal uses the rain perfectly to depict the condition of Mumbai.
