MajnuKaTila

The Tibetan market located at MajnuKaTila is the biggest market where you can get many Tibetan items and enjoy their food. It is located near Kashmere Gate and it is well connected with metro stations. You can enjoy the authentic cuisine their like la-phing and thukpa. If you are someone who loves to spend some in a café, then Ama café is for you. It is one of the best, if not the best café of Delhi. It is known for its warm environment, cozy interiors and authentic food items and sweet dishes. From outside stalls, you can buy things like a hat or a kimono at a low price. There are many shops and supermarkets too from where you can buy good of north east region. Also, do try their fruit beer which is available at the local outlets.

Monastery

Monastery market is a hidden gem which many people do not know about. It is located near ISBT but it is not easily accessible to outsiders. It is because the gate of the market is located below a flyover and it is the only entrance. You can ask any local and they will locate you the gate. After that, pass from a dark tunnel and you will get to a vast and dense street market which is not known to outsiders. Monastery market is famous for authentic Tibetan items which you can get there easily. Unlike the other markets, it is the oldest Tibetan market in Delhi where people go to buy clothes and other goods. In winters, you can get the best jackets and shawls here and in summers, you can buy jeans and shirts at a cheap rate. Apart from being a local market, what makes it best is their quality which brings that customer back.

INA is home to some famous marketplaces. It has a combination of different communities and their culture. The place is famous for having some of the traditional and modern outlets from different tribes and communities who represent their culture. Tibetan community is quite active in INA market and you can find many stalls and shops there. The thing that makes INA a great place for shopping is the fact you can buy authentic items from there and can enjoy the authentic food items. However, the prices there are bit on a higher side.
