Don’t Let The Guilt Or The Shame Get In The Way Of Your Healthy Routine

In most cases, it has been found out that people who have over-eaten a lot of carbs on their cheat day, find it difficult to get back on the health track the next day. It is partly because of all the negative emotions attached with it. After you overdo it on your cheat day, you end up feeling guilty, ashamed and often depressed at the thought that you have let all your hard work go to a waste.
