1 cup of water

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 pinch cayenne pepper optional

Honey optional

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Boil water for two minutes and pour in a glass. Add apple cider vinegar and rest of the ingredients. Stir well before drinking it up.

Apple cider avocado smoothie

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

¼ cup water

1 cup apple peeled, sliced

2 tbsp avocado mashed

¼ cup ice

 Blend all the ingredients and pour it in a glass, drink fresh.
