The Ather 450X has a maximum speed of 80kmph along with a riding range of 85 kilometres.

Simple One, a scooter with a massive riding range

At a starting price of INR 1.09 lakh, the Simple One draws power from an 8.5kW motor that generates peak torque of 72Nm; more than the KTM Duke 390 and several small cars. In terms of features, the Simple One electric scooter has a massive under-seat storage of 30-litre, swappable battery, smart battery management system, seven-inch TFT instrument cluster and combined braking system.

Bajaj Chetak, the old-school scooter in an electric avatar

There are a few other premium scooters in the market, but our money and trust are on the Chetak electric; the ancient scooter in an all-new electric avatar. At an ex-showroom price of one lakh, the Chetak draws power from a 4,080W BLDC motor that offers a top speed of 70kmph.
