Honey is a rich source of humectant properties that soften your heel. First, prepare a thick paste using half-cup mashed banana and 2 teaspoons of raw organic honey. Apply the mixture to your heels, let it sit for 30 minutes, and then wash off with lukewarm water.
Use milk + honey + orange to retain moisture
Milk is packed with an abundance of nutrients that help rebuild your skin. Honey, as already mentioned, restores moisture in your heels’ skin. On the other hand, orange is an excellent source of vitamin C that aids in the production of collagen, which is vital for your skin. First, mix 2 teaspoons of milk with 4 teaspoons of raw organic honey. Warm the mixture on a low flame, and then add 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice to it.
