Effective Home Remedies For Lice Removal

Every parent who sees their child scratching his or her head at school is terrified that the child has lice. Lice infestations in school-age children are common.

Head lice are tiny insects that infest the scalp and hair of a person, where they lay their eggs and their larvae. After sucking up the blood from the head, they deposit their eggs, which are called nits. Getting rid of them is a real challenge because of how firmly they adhere to hair shafts. Pediculosis is the medical term for an infestation of lice on the head.

There are a variety of strategies to get rid of these little creatures.

What Are the Factors Contributing to the Spread of Lice?

Sharing combs, hats, caps, and hairbrushes with an infected individual can also spread head lice. You'll notice them as little nits in your hair. Even though they have the appearance of dandruff, they are not easily removed by shaking or brushing. Head lice are a widespread condition that can affect anyone at any time.
