  1. Prepare A Workstation Area For Yourself-
Even if you decide on working from your bedroom instead of a separate study room, do not settle for bringing in the laptop and phone on your bed. As luring and comfortable as it sounds, it will only delay your work urging you to take frequent breaks from work. Get in the habit of dressing up neat and tidy in the time of office and sit on a desk with your appliances required. Take breaks only when necessary and time yourself to indulge in the office work during the office time only.
