Five Notorious MCU Villains Who Are Still Alive And Could Be Back

With incredibly powerful Earth-savers, we have also witnessed the presence of some notorious villains in the Marvel Universe over the years.

Most villains either get captured or die by the end of the movie. For instance, we can fairly assume Thanos will no longer feature in any of the MCU movies after Avengers: Endgame. Beyond Spider-Man: Far from Home, we barely know anything about Phase 4, but what if the upcoming threats already exist in the Marvel Universe? What if a notorious villain from the past makes a comeback in Phase 4? Here are some villains who are still alive and could assumably return for some chaos.

Justin Hammer: Last Seen in Iron Man 2

Justin Hammer wreaked havoc in the city by simply handing over all the necessary resources to Ivan Vanko. He was later arrested by S.H.I.E.L.D. and held prisoner at the Seagate Prison. Hammer Industries is still operating without the company's former C.E.O., and it continues to use Chitauri technology to create weapons like the Judas Bullet.

Ultron: Last Seen in The Age of Ultron

It is true that we all saw Ultron’s end in the movie, but he could possibly still be alive, as he is capable of making his clones. In Spiderman Homecoming, Peter comes across an Ultron bot head, but we are not sure if it meant anything. Hopefully, we will find out soon!

Dormammu: Last Seen in Dr Strange

Dr Strange, after successfully striking a bargain with Dormammu, the former conditioned the villain to never come back to Earth. But we cannot really trust villains, or can we?

Abomination: Last Seen in The Incredible Hulk

Fans often forget that The Incredible Hulk is a part of the Marvel franchise, so it is essential to remember that its infamous villain is still somewhere out there, alive and kicking. Emil Blonsky, a special-ops commando, was injected with the Super Soldier Serum, but he was not as lucky as Bruce Banner. He eventually injected Banner's blood into his veins, transforming himself into Abomination.

The Red Skull: Last Seen in The Avengers End Game

The fans assumed Red Skull was dead after he came in direct contact with the great power of the tesseract. But we later find out that he was on Vormir, serving as the keeper of the soul stone, as depicted in End Game. Now that the stone is gone, what will become of him?

These villains may be forgotten but are still alive and could be back.
