Try incorporating various herbs and spices into your daily diet to help decrease the severity of your nausea and vomiting. Licorice root can additionally be used as a tablet before you head out to sea.

If you’re planning on traveling for a long time, or have a job that requires you to be in the sea, then you might want to add a few hundred milligrams of Licorice root to your diet to treat motion sickness.
