Because of such healthy elements, they are considered as an integral part of the Japanese diet and help them to achieve better health.

The traditional Japanese diet is considered a much healthier option due to its nutritious compositions. This diet is extremely low in calories and includes a proper balance of rice, seafood, fruits and vegetables. Moreover, consumption of fish provides essential oil, omega 3 and fatty acids to the body. Therefore many scientific studies have approved the Japanese diet to be the healthiest and it also decreases the risk of heart disease and obesity.
