There is no reason to go bonkers over preparing the perfect recipe with aloe vera. Check out these easy ways to include aloe vera in your everyday routine.

Aloe vera has its gamut of goodness to offer when included in diet. Regulated in-take of aloe vera has the following advantages for you:

Regularised bowel movements

Furnished with Vitamin C and antioxidants

Prevention of cardiovascular diseases

Maintains hydration

Controlled blood sugar

Aloe Vera Juice with Lemon: In a glass of water, add a dash of lemon juice and one tablespoon of aloe vera gel extracted from the plant and not any packaged item. Warm up the solution. Add a pinch of honey and consume it lukewarm. The drink is instrumental for keeping your body in a healthy shape by shedding a few kgs.

Aloe Vera Fried: For prepping the sabzi, be particular about razor-cutting the prickly edges of the leaves. Make sure the slices are biteable and in cubes. Steam the leaves, and separately cook the gravy by adding your preferred spices to it. Once the gravy is all done and yum, add the cubes. This dish goes well with hot roti or paratha.

Aloe Vera Tea: Aloe vera and ginger tea help your body fight toxins and fortify its immunity against diseases. Grate a small piece of ginger and add one tablespoon of aloe vera juice to the mix. Scrap off the outer shell of the leaves and only scoop the translucent gel. Boil this solution for 15 minutes and let it be for another 10 minutes. Strain it. Word of caution, do not consume more than three grams of ginger a day.

Smoothie: For the smoothie you will need aloe vera, five strawberries, one banana, a small cup of almond milk and ice to mitigate the natural bitterness of aloe vera. Pour the ingredients in blender until it is smooth. Next, you are all set to slurp.

Aloe Vera with Cucumber: You will need coconut, a small cucumber, lemon juice, translucent aloe gel and pineapple slices. Juice the ingredients and pour in a glass. The drink improves digestion and is rich in anti-microbial, minerals and enzymes.

Aloe Vera in Salad: The nutrient-packed salad is a repository of medicinal values to ward off dental plaque and high blood sugar. For preparing the salad, take extra care of the leaves. Cut off its ridges and soak in water for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin since it is bitter. Take the gel. This should be eaten with chopped strawberries, basil seeds, blueberries and mint sprinkled with rose water.
