We might not admit it, but we all have a sweet tooth, maybe at a slightly lower intensity, but it is always there. And keeping in mind today's time and age, everyone has equally become health conscious and avoiding all possible sweets and desserts that one loved. But what to do about the cravings that creep in at no given point and time? Well, the solution to that end is 'healthy desserts and sweets. That may sound a bit off, but the options to binge on desserts that you can easily make at home are plenty. They are delicious and satiate the cravings at the same time. So here are some easy-to-make healthy dessert recipes; take note.

Chocolate dripping Strawberries or apple or grapes

For this, all you need is the fruit of your choice, be it strawberry, grapes, banana, apples, oranges or anything, dark chocolate, maple syrup or honey, and sea salt.

Begin with melting the dark chocolate. You can either put it in the oven or place the chocolate in a bowl and place it over another bowl containing hot water and stir. Once melted, add a pinch of salt, and honey and stir again to mix the salt and honey well with the chocolate. Now, simply put one piece of fruit in the chocolate and let it bathe in it. Use a fork to rotate the fruit. Once fully covered in chocolate, place it on a try and let it dry. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes, and then enjoy.

Eggless, calorie-free chocolate pudding

For this, all you need is jaggery, two tablespoon of corn starch, two cups of low-fat milk, one tablespoon of unsalted butter, two bars of bitter or semisweet chocolate, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract, salt, olive oil, and sea salt.

Begin by placing a pan over low heat and combining jaggery and cornstarch together. Slowly keep adding the milk and keep whisking to mix it up all. Then add the butter, chocolate, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt. Keep stirring continuously so that there is no formation of lumps and the chocolate melts completely. Once done, pour into a small container and freeze for two hours. It’s done! now sprinkle some sea salt before serving the pudding.
