History has given many books to our civilisation that works as a guiding angel in this path of life. Many Holy Books and Scriptures have been written by ancient writers and in different languages that help us understand the philosophy of life. On the other hand, we also have some mysterious books with unknown authors or non-described words written in cryptic codes.

Codex Gigas

A Bohemian Monk wrote this book which is also known as the Devil’s Bible. This dimension of this medieval manuscript is 36 inches long, 20 inches wide and 8.5 inches thick. In the first few pages of Codex Gigas, you will find the illustrations of the Bible, while in the other pages; you will find different magic spells and formulas. These spells or codes are to connect to the devil and receive its power. Hence this book is better kept far from human’s reach.

Book of Soyga

It is also known as the “Book of Death”. The Book of Soyga is one of the mysterious books present in the world with an unknown history. It was in secret codes that describe facts related to spirit and magical spells. The great scholar of the 15th century, John Dee, had this book and spent his entire life decoding the codes. He was partially successful. Although, the book was lost soon after his death; but was found mysteriously in the 19th century. Rohonc Codex

It is a well-illustrated 448 pages manuscript whose author is unknown. The book first found in the 19th Century in Hungary, and ever since then, Rohonc Codex has puzzles every people. The scripture was in anonymous alphabets with more than 200 symbols that range from military battles to religious symbols of Hinduism, Islam and Christianity. This book is a symbol of mystery.

The Red Book

Carl Jung wrote this book but, it was hidden for more than 80 years by his family members. According to his family, this book was written in Jung’s mythopoetic imagination when he encountered many religious figures and questioned their presence. According to mental health experts, Carl Jung wrote this book when he was going through a severe psychotic breakdown. In the year 2009, this book was made public to the readers.

Les Propheties

A French man, Michel de Nostradamus. Les Propheties is a book filled with predictions from the future. The author of this book claimed to have visions from future events. This book predicted some of the events that took place in real.
