We are sure you have some random cans of beans or soup or whatever stacked somewhere in your pantry. Get those out and start working out. Cans of processed food come as close to a dumbbell as you can get and there’s no harm in using those for other than your cooking. However, make sure that food cans weigh at least half a kilogram for the best results. Some people believe that water bottles work well when compared with food cans in replacing dumbbells at home. The truth is food cans are better to that end, any day! Just get two food cans and start on building the tricep muscles.

Bags Of Rice Are Great For Doing Back Lunges

Remember that rice that is uncooked will ideally never go bad. So, you can buy bags of rice for your workout and if you end up not using it, you can always end up eating it! Jokes apart, bags of rice have been used for years and years by athletics and wrestlers for their weight training. Naturally, there is no reason you can’t too. Use the bags of rice for doing back lunges and they will make you sweat like you mean it.

Jugs Of Water Or Any Other Liquid Are Ideal For Weight Training

A jug filled with water, juice, milk and whatever other liquid comes to your mind is good for weight training. Remember that a jug’s centre of gravity is less stable than dumbbells making the workout difficult. However, the results will be great!
