How to identify negative energy around you?

How frequently do we hear individuals say that when they can’t explain why they want to avoid particular people or situations?

How frequently do we hear individuals say that when they can’t explain why they want to avoid particular people or situations?

Unfortunately, negative energy that feels dark, unpleasant and weighty can permeate surroundings, people and even our minds. However, there are warning indicators that we may use to deal with negativity and improve our health and happiness.

Tendency to complain and criticism

When you live a cynical existence, you criticise everyone and everything around you, including yourself. You tend to continually judge, compare or dismiss any remotely beneficial development around you. According to the law of attraction, if you spend years criticising yourself and others - immersed in negative energy - you will attract more negative people and situations, perpetuating the cycle of criticism and negativity.

Cynicism

When our energy is low or negative, we are more likely to judge or doubt others. Check your prana if you feel pessimistic or bitter. Your mind-body complex is probably in need of some more life energy.

Sleep disorders

When the mind is constantly racing with negative thoughts, especially at nighttime, it can exacerbate insomnia caused by psychological stress. The current study shows that the established positive association between self-perceived stress and the severity of insomnia is tempered by the proclivity to engage in repetitive negative thinking (RNT) during bedtime.

Negative emotions

The tendency to spend more time experiencing negative emotions such as anger, frustration, jealousy, revenge and pessimism is one of the most prominent indications of negative energy. Do you see the glass as half-empty? Do you frequently feel irritated or compare yourself to others and fall short?

Poor health

Have you ever observed that people who enjoy complaining about how sick they are or how bad their health is, people who enjoy discussing their aches and pains, seem to manifest more problems to complain about? Meanwhile, those with a positive, upbeat attitude on life get sick but recover quickly.

Uncomfortable in environments

You may have felt very comfortable in some places and very uncomfortable in others. This is sometimes due to the experience you have with the location. Uncomfortable environments can be regarded as having bad energy.

Feeling uncomfortable around a person

You have probably felt either positive or negative energy from another person. Humans pick up other people’s anger, grief and other bad emotions.

Remember, it is not that someone purposely emanates negative energy, but rather the complexity of our chakras within.
