Turn it into something you love or at least tolerate!

We have all been there! We have all been stuck with some job or activity that we absolutely hate to death and done that anyway. It gets frustrating and you want to cry your eyes out, but you got to do what you got to do, right? Instead of feeling frustrated or despised at something that feels awful to you, trying ways to love the activity might actually make the job easier for you. It would be easier for you to get to finish line if you make an effort to at least try to love or tolerate the chore that you dread to even get started on. Here are a few tips on how you can love something you absolutely hate doing.

All you need to get started at something you hate and may be even love it a little is a little bit of enthusiasm. See it this way –once you are done with the job you will have all the free time in the world to do everything you really and actually love doing. Don’t view the job or the activity as a chore. Instead look at it as a road, a path that will ultimately open up the gates for you to get to something you love. The moment you start seeing it as a punishment, you will hate the job more. Viewing it is just one more thing to get done with before you get your you time would make it easier for you to love the task and actually get it done.
Happiness Lies In Rewarding Yourself
Promise yourself a reward at the end of completing the task and you will love it because now you have something to look forward to. A reward at the end of the task will motivate you to get the work done. It acts as a positive reinforcement and once you do this a few times with the task that you dread you will find it is easier to love it than hate it.

Figure out what is it that you hate about the task so much. Why do you hate it? Once you find the answer, you will find easier solutions to fix it. Understand your fear to conquer and finally love the task.
