Stress- Although stress may not directly cause acne, it may play a role.
So, How do you treat acne on the back and body?
Develop Good Workout Routines- It’s great to work out, but don’t stay in sweaty clothes for too long. After working out or doing anything else that makes you sweat, take a shower and change into new clothes right away.
Make Some Changes To Your Diet-If you have acne, your diet could also be to blame. Focus on eating a diet that is high in fresh produce and whole foods rather than reaching for a burger, fries, and Coca-Cola. Avoid dairy products and foods high in sugar and carbohydrates that quickly raise blood sugar.
Wear Loose-Fitting Clothing-Your workout routine can aggravate acne on your back. For instance, clothing that is too tight can cling to sweat and dirt and rub it into your pores. Problems can also arise when you exercise naked against a dusted gym machine or on a dirty floor. Choose clothing with a loose fit that allows your skin to breathe and aids in sweat-wicking.
Choose Sunscreen Wisely-When you’re going to be exposing your naked back, it’s especially important to choose a sunscreen carefully. However, clogging pores can also be caused by greasy sunscreen. Choose products that are gentle on the skin and free of oil.
