Use avocado + milk + honey to add moisture to your skin

Avocado is a powerhouse of lecithin, fatty acids, beta-carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin E. All of these nutrients help provide extra moisture to your skin. Also, they protect your skin from the damage of UV Rays. Milk has huge amounts of B vitamins that nourish your skin from the inside. It keeps your skin moisturized, and also reduces the risk of itchiness to some extent. Honey, on the other hand, contains humectant properties that also contribute to the purpose.

First, mix 1/2 cup mashed avocado with 2 teaspoons of raw milk and 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey. Apply the mixture to your face, leave it for 20 minutes, and then wash off with lukewarm water.

Use avocado + yogurt + olive oil to prevent acne

The high amounts of vitamin E found in the avocado fight off free radicals. This, in turn, reduces your risk of developing acne and pimples. It also inhibits the oxidation process of sebaceous glands (located on your skin) which triggers acne breakouts. Yogurt is rich in lactic acid which removes dead skin cells and also tightens your pores. It's loaded with antibacterial properties that reduce acne breakouts on your skin. On the other hand, olive oil is packed with antioxidants that remove excess oil from the skin, which contributes to the purpose as well.

Make a thick paste using 1/2 cup mashed avocado, 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture to your face, leave it for 15 minutes, and then wash off with cold water.

Use avocado + oatmeal + honey to exfoliate your skin

The combination of avocado, oatmeal, and honey is highly effective to exfoliate your skin gently. It contains lots of antioxidants that remove dead skin cells and also help tighten your skin pores. It has a compound called saponin that helps remove dirt and oil that clog the pores. Honey, on the other hand, has gluconic acid and other alpha-hydroxy acids that exfoliate the skin, and also significantly brighten your skin complexion.

For the remedy, all you need to do is mix 2 teaspoons of mashed avocado with 2 teaspoons of oatmeal and 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey. Apply the mixture to your face, leave it for 15 minutes, and then wash off with lukewarm water.
