Dates + Milk + Turmeric + Honey + Lemon Juice

Dates are rich in tannins which help inhibit cell damage and also reduce inflammation on your skin. They contain vitamin C which boosts collagen production, which is linked to a better skin texture. This also increases your skin's elasticity, which further reduces your risk of wrinkles, dark spots, fine lines, and several other signs of aging. Moreover, they contain pantothenic acids which enhance your skin tone, making it look youthful.

Milk works as a natural cleanser, helping to remove dirt and impurities from your skin. It also removes blackheads, whiteheads, dead skin cells, and more. It moisturizes the skin, treats sun damage, and also helps lighten the signs of premature aging.

First, soak 4-5 dates in 1/2 cup of milk for at least 7 hours. Add a pinch of turmeric to it, and then make a smooth paste using a grinder.

Now, add 1 teaspoon of raw organic honey, and a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix properly, and keep it at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Apply the mixture to your face, leave it for 20 minutes, and then wash it off with cold water. Repeat the process thrice a week.
