First, remove the rind from the ice apples. Make whatever shapes you choose out of them and set them aside.
The next step is to make a smooth paste out of blanched almonds and cardamom by blending them together in a mixer.

Third, whisk the paste into the milk and heat it slowly until it thickens.

Now, whisk in the sugar and cook for another three to four minutes over low heat.

Take it off the stove.

Add chopped ice apples to it.

Chill until you’re ready to serve it.

Garnish with saffron threads before serving.

Ingredients:
Ice apple, frozen: 1
Two to three tablespoons of basil seeds
Measure out 1 tablespoon of rose-flavored syrup.
200Ml milk
Tablespoon of sugar

Cooking technique:

Basil seeds should be soaked in milk in the fridge until they swell, at which point they may be used.
The second step is to prepare the frozen apple by removing the peel and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Finally, when the milk from the basil seeds is done, add the rose syrup and the sugar and stir until combined.
Now, stir in the frozen apple pieces and let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes.
Chill the dish before serving.
