Records in the NBA are meant to be broken, but some of them are so astonishing that it's hard to imagine anyone matching them!

The NBA is one of the most competitive professional leagues in the world. Each season, we see outstanding athletes setting remarkable records. But among all these records, some stand out for their sheer magnitude and, perhaps, unbeatable quality. Here are 5 unbreakable records in the NBA that have been around for decades and will most likely remain so.

Wilt Chamberlain's 100-Point Game

On March 2, 1962, the late Wilt Chamberlain made history by scoring 100 points in a single game. That's right; he managed to hit the triple-digit score in a single match, an accomplishment that no other NBA player has matched. What's even more amazing is that the record is set in the pre-3 point era, making Chamberlain's record truly unbreakable.

Bill Russell's 11 NBA Titles in 13 Seasons

During the 1950s and 1960s, Bill Russell was the dominant force in the NBA. He won 11 NBA titles in just 13 seasons, making him the most successful player in NBA history. The only players that have come close are his fellow Celtics, Sam Jones and Tom Heinsohn, with 10 NBA titles each, but even their record seems unreachable today.

Michael Jordan's 10 Scoring Titles

Michael Jordan was a pure scorer. He won 10 scoring titles in his career, a record that still stands to this day. To put it into perspective, only two players have come within four points of Jordan's average scoring record, and they were both in their prime, with their respective scoring averages reaching 36.9 and 36.1 points per game.

John Stockton's 15,806 Career Assists

In an era dominated by players such as Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and Isiah Thomas, John Stockton quietly went about his business as a point guard for the Utah Jazz. Stockton holds the NBA record for the most career assists with 15,806, a record that still stands to this day. He's followed closely by Jason Kidd with 12,091 assists, but it's a far cry from Stockton's staggering number.

Golden State Warriors' 73 Wins in a Single Season

In the 2015-2016 NBA season, the Golden State Warriors set an impressive record by winning 73 games in a single season. Led by Stephen Curry, the Warriors managed to break the previous record of 72 wins set by the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls. This feat was thought to be impossible, but the Warriors proved us wrong.
