Underwater sights are not often preferred by tourists compared to monuments and buildings they can see on land. But just like on land, mother earth has preserved and made some amazing art underwater which is worth at least one visit. These unusual tourist destinations are even better because they won’t be crowded like the museum you visit on your trip. In fact, you will find all the peace and serenity underwater whilst enjoying some stunning sights. So read on…

Fernando De Noronha, Brazil

If you want to get some common sea diving experience and also see something beautiful, visit this archipelago which is a little over 300 kilometres away from the Brazilian shore. The underwater is filled with exotic sea animals, and it also has some beautiful natural tunnels and canyons that will keep you in awe.

The Great Blue Hole, Belize

Another nature-made stunning sight, the Great Blue Hole, is exactly what it is named. It is a submarine sinkhole that lies next to the Lighthouse Reef. Supposedly it is as old as the ice age and is a massive attraction for tourists. It may be just an aesthetically gorgeous place, but trust us, it is a jaw-dropping sight to see.

The Underwater Room, Manta Resort, Zanzibar

Now, if you want a truly special experience, this is the place you should visit! It is a three-level hotel room submerged four meters undersea. So you get to stay in a floating room and experience the exquisite sea life. You may even be fortunate enough to see an octopus or a squid during your overnight stay in this room!

Orda Cave, Perm Krai, Russia

This is one such place which you can experience above water as well as underwater! This is one of the longest caves in the world made of the mineral gypsum. While on land, it is definitely a place worth seeing; it is as beautiful underwater too. The water is clear, and you can easily see huge walls formed due to the mineral. Divers can easily go here and explore the natures of mother earth!
