The idea is to look for constant reoccurring of bodily infections. 

The immune system of our body is the first barrier against any disease and defending the body against foreig bodies like germs and bacteria that can cause chronic diseases and ailments. It is through keeping the immune system healthy and balanced that we can live a sickness free lifestyle. So when you find yourself constantly falling sick that can be the signs of a weak immune system.

It also happens with many people who are born with primary immunodeficiency missing the body’s immune defenses or might have their immune system not working properly, leaving them more susceptible to germs causing infections.

While there are treatments that can boost the immune system, it is important that one first recognizes them and act upon them naturally and carefully. Here are the signs of a weaker immune system: 

Rising stress level

It often happens that after the completion of a project or a great deal at work, having spent days under stress, the completion brings with it weakness and people often tend to fall sick. According to various studies it has proven that long-term stress weakens the responses of the immune system.

Always have a Cold

While it is normal for adults tosneeze and sniffle in case of a cold, and often bounce back in seven to 10 days. However, if you are constantly catching a cold it is a clear sign of a weakening immune system. Even if you have a cold that won’t run through the nose and is stuck in the head giving bad headaches, it can also be a sign.

Constant stomach problems

Frequent diarrhea, gas, or constipation is a sign of a weak immune system. Researches have shown that nearly 70 percent of our immune system is located in the digestive tract hence any problem can lead to constant suffering. It is the good bacteria and microorganisms that help defend the gut from infection and support the immune system that is compromised due to a weak immune system.

Wounds heal slow

For normal people, a wound is set into healing motion naturally and takes a few days to cover up. It is the body working to protect the wound by sending nutrient-rich blood to the injury to help regenerate new skin. But if you have a cut or a burn and it takes more than usual to heal it is the sign of a weak immune system.

Other symptoms of a weak immune system are frequent infections, feeling tired all the time, cold and sore throat, frequent allergies, digestive problems, and being anemic.
