Marvel Superhero guide for beginners to watch

For those of you wanting to begin their journey into Marvel Universe, here is your guide

Thanks to the magnificent Marvel Cinematic Universe creations, believing in superheroes and the simple fact that an alternate universe exists became easy. There is a multitude of characters and a whole different universe that doesn't cease to fascinate. Marvel has brought to life the comic book narrations giving readers, fans, and audience joy in their lives. And since this Universe is humongous, there is a lot to absorb and understand. So here is your chronological guide for the Marvel Superhero watching.

Captain America: The First Avenger

This 2011 American superhero film is based on the Marvel Comics character Captain America. Starring Chris Evans as Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, the film is set during World War II. It shows Steve Rogers as a frail man who transforms into this superhero Captain America who sets out on a mission.

Captain Marvel

Featuring the character of Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, the film is set in 1995 and follows Danvers as she transforms into Captain Marvel.

Iron Man and Iron Man 2

Both Iron Man and Iron Man 2, directed by Jon Favreau, star Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, aka Iron Man. While the first film follows Stark's escape from a terrorist group leading him to build a mechanized suit, Iron Man 2 shows him in a mess over his Iron Man technology.

The Incredible Hulk

Starring Edward Norton as Bruce Banner, who later becomes the Hulk, this film follows Banner, who becomes a victim of a military scheme that makes him the Hulk through gamma radiation.

Thor

Starring Chris Hemsworth as the title character alongside Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, and Tom Hiddleston, among others, tells the story of Thor from Asgard. It follows Thor, who is banished from Asgard to Earth and stripped of his powers and hammer Mjölnir.

The Avengers

This superhero film is based on the Marvel superhero team of the same name featuring an ensemble cast of Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Black Widow alongside the negative Marvel superheroes.

Iron Man 3

The third movie in the Iron Man sequel has Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, as he had to deal with the after-effects of the events of The Avengers during a terrorist attack on the United States.
