- Iced Matcha Latte
Creamy and refreshing! Matcha tea can be brewed both hot and cold.
To make iced Matcha Latte you need:
- 2tbsp Matcha Powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup of warm water
- Lots of ice
- Milk of choice (coconut, plain or almond)
In a measuring bowl, mix matcha powder and hot water and whisk it until it turns into a paste. Pour in the remaining 1 cup of warm water and mix well. Let it cool in the freezer for fifteen minutes. Take a tall glass, add ice and milk. Lastly pour in the matcha syrup and give it a good stir before you drink it.
- Matcha Hot Chocolate
You are going to love this blend of pure matcha and hot chocolate.
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/ 2 cup chopped white chocolate bar
- 1 tbsp Matcha powder
- 1 tbsp Honey/ vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp salt
Boil milk on medium heat, take off the heat and whisk well with the chopped white chocolate. Add matcha, honey and salt and whisk well. Pour in a mug and top it with choco chips, marshmallows or whipped cream as per your taste.
- Matcha Milkshake
As different as it sounds – Tea milkshake!
You will need:
3 scoops soft melt vanilla ice cream
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp Matcha powder
- A pinch of salt
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and pour it in a glass, you can top it with any choice of crunch, cocoa powder or matcha powder.
