Men, You Don’t Need Your Partner To Make These 2-Minute Home-Made Scrubs
The most efficient and quickest method of taking care of your skin is to adhere to the daily CTM routine for your skincare. We know that you may not have time to begin your day by cleansing, toning, and moisturising, but looking unclean and dirty is not something you can afford to do.
Here are the easiest ways to make homemade scrubs that you can prepare in under two minutes. The only thing you need to do is blend the ingredients and then gently rub the paste onto your facial skin and neck, avoiding the area under your eyes. Please don’t use too much force on your skin as it can cause minor tears and skin rashes.
Mash two bananas that are ripe, and add ground sugar. The sugar will create grainy particles in your scrub. To this, add 1 tablespoon of honey, which will incorporate moisture to the scrub and help refresh your skin. Apply the mixture to your face, and keep for 5 minutes. Wash it off using cold water.
The lemon-based scrub is more suitable to use on your hands and feet than your face because using it on your delicate facial can cause skin damage – especially if your skin is too sensitive. To make this scrub, you’ll need one lime cut in half. Dip one-half of it in powdered sugar, then scrub your feet and hands for 5 to 7 minutes. Cleanse off the scrub using hot water for best results.
Curd and Papaya Scrub
For this scrub, all you require is half a cup of fresh papaya. Mash the papaya, and add two tablespoons of hung curd to it. Then, add four drops of lime juice and one tablespoon of honey to the paste. Apply the concoction to your face and keep it on for 5 to 7 minutes. Then, rinse off with cool water.
Honey and Orange Scrub
Take two tablespoons of powdered orange peel and oats, and mix this with honey. Mix until you have an even paste. Apply the paste on your face using circular strokes. Keep it on for 5 minutes. After that, wash it all off using chilled water.
Ground Oats and Tomato Scrub
All you require is ground oats, powdered sugar, and ripe tomatoes to make this scrub. Cut two large slices of tomatoes, then mix ground oats and sugar to it. Rub the paste onto your neck and face for 3 to 4 minutes, then rinse.
