It is like the machinery gets old so the feeding of it has to be better to make it work efficiently. It just so happens that with age the mechanism of the body gets a little old and requires more work. And with women, the need for nourishment is all the more. So here are some foods that women over 40 must include in their daily diet for a smooth and healthy function of the body.

Green leafy vegetables and the rest of the other green vegetables are a natural source of iron for all body types.
