TaronEgerton is a Welsh actor who rose to fame with his macho man starring role of spy recruit Gary EggsyUnwin in the 2014 action comedy film Kingsman: The Secret Service and its 2017 sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle. Apart from these action movies, Egerton has also been part of drama films that have earned him various awards. Here are some of the movies by TaronEgerton that you must watch.

Testament of Youth

This 2014 British drama film is based on the First World War memoir of the same name written by Vera Brittain. The film stars Alicia Vikander in the title role of Vera Brittain. The character is that of an independent woman who abandoned her studies at Oxford to become a war nurse. The film begins in 1914 when Vera opposing her traditional family, passes the entrance examination for Oxford. But before Vera could attend Oxford, World War I strikes, and Vera leaves no stone unturned in convincing her father to let her and her brother fight in the War.

This 2015 biographical crime thriller film is adapted from John Pearson's book The Profession of Violence: The Rise and Fall of the Kray Twins. The story of the film, just like the book, deals with career and the relationship that bounds the twins together. The plot further followed their career to life imprisonment in 1969. The film has actors Tom Hardy, Emily Browning, David Thewlis, and Christopher Eccleston, besides TaronEgerton.

Eddie the Eagle

This 2015 biographical sports film stars actors TaronEgerton as Michael Edwards. Egerton is portraying the role of a British skier who in 1988 became the first competitor to represent Great Britain in Olympic ski jumping since 1928. The film begins in 1973 when, after long medical treatments for walking difficulties, a 10-year-old Michael Edwards dream of Olympic glory. The kid finds support in his mother while the father constantly discourages him. a result of which he gives up on his dream; but as a teen, he is successful at the sport but is often rejected.

Sing

This 2016 computer-animated musical comedy film is written and co-directed by Garth Jennings and co-directed by Christophe Lourdelet. The film stars the voices of Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Seth MacFarlane, Scarlett Johansson, TaronEgerton, and Nick Kroll, among others.
