It shows on how confident and self aware you are –qualities without which building a brand name and quality would be difficult. You Being Hardworking Is Not A Quality
Let’s be very clear –you being hardworking is not something that the interviewers want to hear because that is not a quality that should be surprising. Being hardworking is a mandate that you must abide by because there is no way you will be getting or retaining a job otherwise. The employers would not be hiring someone who is unmotivated or lazy. Naturally, being hardworking is a given if you are looking for a job. So, when you say that you are hardworking to your interviewers, you are wasting your breath because that is not a quality that would surprisingly impress them.
That You Are Passionate And Dynamic
You being passionate and dynamic about your job are not something you tell the interviewers. It is something that you show. If you have positive energy while sharing original ideas with them, it is pretty much clear that you are passionate and dynamic about the job. Prepare well for the job interview especially about the company and the position you are applying for. This will bring out your passionate and dynamic side. Saying that you are dynamic and passionate while describing yourself to the interviewers may sound a little vague.
Bragging About Being A Team Player
Again, telling that you are team player to the interviewers is a cliché that you would want to stay clear from. Being a team player require more of you than simply getting along with your co-workers. This is an idea that you might want to express to the interviewers through examples of your past job experiences and not while describing yourself.
