Among the seven best -selling authors of his time and even now, his books are part of classic thrillers. The interesting aspect of his writing is his focus predominantly on the female audience as can be seen through his strong female characters.

Sheldon often said he liked writing about women who are talented and have the capability to retain their femininity, for he believed women have tremendous power. Let’s take a look at a few of his works.

Rage of Angels The book shows you Jennifer Parker - a brilliant, beautiful, and bold lawyer who begins as a timid professional who is shunned for her innocence. No sooner she rises and begins to dominate the courtroom with her persuasive charm. The plot gets complicated with Parker getting attracted to New York's largest Mafia leader, who also happens to be the defendant of her first case.

Windmills of the Gods Revolving arounda young professor and a mother of two, the story takes you through murder suspense that the protagonist, Mary Ashley, is about to discover.  Well, it is the protagonist who discovers that she is to be killed and goes out to find out her assassin and the motive behind her killing.
