 Erawan Waterfall.

Truly the most beautiful and visited waterfall in Thailand, Erawan waterfall is a seven-step waterfall where the water flow right through the jungle down on the east of Erawan National Park. After each cascade, there is a beautiful green emerald pond making this waterfall appear heavenly. Lying 200 km northwest of Bangkok, Erawan waterfall is a must-visit for sightseers and photographers.

Mae Ya Waterfall.

Just an hour’s drive from the historic city of Chiang Mai lies the Mae Ya waterfall. Standing at 260 meters tall and having a layered cascade, Mae Ya is the tallest waterfall in Thailand. Since the location of this amazing waterfall is quite isolated, slightly lesser tourists visit it. However, whosoever visits are awed by the beauty of this waterfall and the roar it makes in the rainy season.

 Bang Pae Waterfall.

When you think of Phuket, energetic nightlife and lively beaches come to mind. But if you wander a bit more, you will be surprised by the Bang Pae Waterfall, which is an hour away within Khao Phra Thaeo National Park. The dense jungle surrounding the waterfall makes it much more dramatic, with tiny pools filled with freshwater. A calming alternative in the active Phuket.

Ton Nga Chang Waterfall.

Because of the way the water stream flows in seven tiers and splits into two, making it look like the tusks of two elephants, Ton Nga Chang waterfall is also known as the Elephant’s Tusk’s waterfall. Located in Southern Thailand’s Hat Yai province, it offers very scenic views and a chance to trek beside the waterfall to the top. You get quite a view from the top!

Khlong Lan Waterfall.

This waterfall is located in the UNESCO acknowledged Khlong Lan National Park. It descends over 100 meters from the top and splits into numerous small streams during the descent. This created a mesmerizing view and also offers the most relaxing sounds that mother nature can create in the middle of lush forests and mountains.

Haew Suwat Waterfall.

This mesmerizing waterfall feature in Leonardo Di Caprio’s famous movie, The Beach. In one of the scenes, he jumps into the water from one of the surrounding cliffs. It is Khao Yai National Park’s best-known waterfall and boasts of the crystal-clear water pool.
