Marc Spector a.k.a Moon Knight suffers from dissociative identity disorder, which implies, he has multiple personalities and forgets his actions done as one of the personalities. He developed this condition when he was a child and found out that a family friend was a Nazi deserter who caused harm to Jewish people. Marc’s father was a rabbi who had escaped the Nazis. Yes, Hawkeye from The Avengers created the weapons for the Egyptian priests to protect themselves when the West Coast Avengers had time-traveled to Ancient Egypt. 5,000 years later, the priests handed over the weapons to Moon Knight.
Moon Knight also does not possess the moral compass that Batman has and is trusted by no one - heroes as well as villains.
