Survivors with the best perks in Dead by Daylight

Know which ones will provide the best assistance.

The asymmetrical horror game has unique survivors with their set of perks. Some survivors have all great teachable perks while others lack. So, when you pick survivors to unlock, its best to unlock those that have the best perks.

Here are the survivors with the best perks.

Bill Overbeck

Bill is a war veteran. So naturally when it comes to perks, all 3 perks of Bill can turn situations around.

Borrowed Time gives the unhooked person an endurance effect, which means any hit taken after getting unhooked won’t put you into the dying state. The next perk Unbreakable can turn a whole match around. Unbreakable allows a dying survivor to fully pick themselves off the ground once per trial – perfect for killers who like slugging.  The perk Left Behind reveals the aura of the hatch when all other teammates have escaped or killed.

Meg Thomas

Meg Thomas is an athlete, so all her perks give a boost of speed.

The perk Sprint Burst allows you to run at a 150% speed after which you are exhausted. Quick and Quiet allows you to make no noise while doing actions like vaulting or getting in a locker. The last perk Adrenaline is extremely useful. When the exit gates are powered, you immediately gain one health state and get a 150% speed boost.

Laurie Strode

Laurie Strode has that one perk that can intimidate even the best of killers.

The perk Decisive Strike gets activated every time you are unhooked, or you unhook yourself. It stays active for 60 seconds after unhooking. If grabbed by the killer within that time frame, it lets you complete a skill check. Succeeding to perform the skill check stuns the killer making them drop you while you make an escape. Actions like unhooking, healing others, repairing deactivates DS.

David King

David King, the bad boy of DBD has a perk that can be used to dodge attacks, gain distance, make it to a pallet or a vault.

His perk Dead Hard can be used in so many ways. Dead Hard is active when you are injured and not exhausted. When a killer is breathing down on your neck, Dead Hard lets you make a quick dash. It is hard to effectively use this perk as a wrong Dead Hard will give you a dash into an obstacle and the killer can get you. Dead Hard can be used to dash over The Trapper’s traps as well.

Among others, Adam Francis has Deliverance that lets you unhook yourself successfully, Claudette Morel has Self-Care that lets you heal yourself without having to look for a teammate, Jane Romero has Head On that lets you hide in a locker and stun a killer nearby.
