Coconut water can be very hydrating and the perfect drink to replace any other summer drink like lassi, smoothie, soda or a glass of juice. FACT - Staying hydrated indeed gives you healthier-looking skin. Coconut water certainly keeps you hydrated and keeps you cool during the scorching summer heat, therehas been no proof of coconut water having anti-ageing properties.

FACT -If you are dehydrated, your metabolism will automatically slow down. So anything that you will drink will immediately speed up your metabolism so anything you drink will help keep your metabolism speeding along and there is no specific drink or food to increase your metabolism permanently.

MYTH - COCONUT WATER REDUCES THE RISK OF HEART ATTACK

FACT -  Coconut water has often been promoted as a heart-healthy beverage which is true because it contains potassium which regulates the blood pressure, boosting the effects of sodium level, so drinking coconut water may help prevent heart attack.

MYTH - COCONUT WATER IS ANOTHER SOURCE OF SUGARY DRINK

FACT -Coconut water is far better than any other sugary drink as it has very little sugar as compared to any other energy drinks. Plain coconut water is a better choice if you want to have something refreshing yet low on sugar levels
