How to keep the heart long living

It also helps in maintaining body flexibility, a healthy blood circulation, a good water cycle, BMR increase and hence it is very essential.

Put out all the stress

Mental stress is like poison for a healthy heart. People suffering from stress for a long period do usually suffer from heart diseases also. Stress imbalances the level of blood pressure, affects blood circulation, and imbalances the levels of hormones in the body and hence the heart gets affected. So, it is necessary to wipe out stress and anxiety for a healthy heart.

Leave smoking

So, it is better to quit smoking as early as possible or at least reduce its consumption as much as possible.

Oily foods are very harmful to the heart. It increases serum cholesterol, blood pressure, and body fat and hence affects the heart. So, eating less oil is healthier for our hearts.
