Keep your eyes away from screens. Another thing that massively triggers migraines is the blue light coming out of the computer screen or the screen of your smartphone. This blue hue coming out of the screens causes severe pain if you have migraine issues. So whenever you feel that the attack is about to start, shut down your computer and switch off your phone. It will help a lot.
