Using market-based products to cleanse our body is fine, but did you ever try some natural tricks for detoxification? 

Today, living a healthy lifestyle is the common mantra that everyone chants. Our focus has drastically shifted from “enjoying life” to searching for ways to stay fit for a longer lifetime. Therefore, a disciplined workout regime and diet plans have drawn our attention over the period time. Every day we maintain a tight schedule to achieve various fitness goals. However, by doing so, we often forget about body detoxification. Detoxification is the process to remove unwanted toxins for proper body functioning. Hence, it is important for our bodies.

Therefore, here are a few tips that we can follow to detox our bodies without investing an extra hour of the day.

Start the day drinking freshly squeezed lime juice with warm water. It is one of the most effective tricks to flush out harmful toxins from the body. For better results, add grated ginger. Ginger and lemon improve digestion, boosts metabolism and revive energy.

Add freshly prepared juices to the diet. Although some companies claim to provide 100% pure juices, they aren’t entirely pure. It might contain preservatives, processed sugar and colouring agents that impact negatively on health. Therefore, experts highlight the consumption of fresh fruit juices over manufactured products.

Consider consuming probiotics every day. It is a type of fibre that feeds good bacteria to the gut for detoxifying the system. Also, probiotic-rich foods produce important nutrients for promoting various health benefits. Some commonly known sources of probiotics are yoghurt, curd, tomatoes, oats, bananas and artichokes.

Intake antioxidant-rich foods. Excessive stress can increase the production of free radicals, which in turn causes cell damage. Therefore, antioxidants prevent cell damage. Also, it protects from various health complications- heart diseases, liver failure and others. One can find antioxidants in fruits, vegetables, nuts, cocoa, berries, green ta and coffee.

Don't skip exercises! It is a myth that only heavyweight people must exercise daily. Regular exercising reduces the risk of severe health conditions in every person, irrespective of body weight. In addition, it strengthens the body to recover from any infection or fight diseases. Experts advise that an average person must exercise for at least 60 minutes a day.

Ensure sleeping for adequate hours in a day. A detoxified body works well if the mind remains stress-free. Therefore, good night sleep is essential to complete the detoxification procedure. In addition, having a sound sleep helps our brain to remove unwanted toxins and relax.
