The open-world game from 2020 wooed us with some breath-taking modern elements
Since its theatrical trailer, gamers around the earth were restlessly waiting for the release of Cyberpunk 2077. In December 2020, the game reached the surface, but did it live up to the hype? In our books, it certainly did not! (Because we feel GTA V was better). You may speculate why, and the reason is the terrible bugs and glitches that came with the game. Open world- After a prolonged duration, Cyberpunk 2077 is a game that allows a gamer to explore a truly large map. In fact, the map of the Night City is much bigger than the map of GTA V. There have been several other open-world games in the past but Cyberpunk 2077 has taken the notch higher.
V’s customization- The lead character of the game is recognized as V and one can customize the lead character as per their preference. From changing hair colours to the skin tone, the makers of Cyberpunk 2077 allow you to configure V to an extraordinary extent. If it’s a yes, then you should definitely play the game right now because Keanu Reeves has lent his voice and face to a character in the game known as Johnny Silverhand. Although the character of Johnny Silverhand dons a distinctive attire than the one, we’ve seen Keanu Reeves wearing in the film John Wick; the hairstyle shares an incredible closeness.
Underdog theme- In the game Cyberpunk 2077, the world is dominated by corporations. The storyline shows V, an oppressed person taking on the corporations. In brief, V is an underdog character who goes up against the powerful bigshots, and the theme of the game couldn’t have been better.
First-person perspective- There’s constantly a debate between first-person perspective and third-person perspective, but for us, the first-person perspective did the job nicely and we loved exploring the open world in that fashion.
